Membership Tiers

General - The Crew

Receive back 10% of every dollar spent in the form of points which you can redeem within the venue, whenever you like, in form of drinks or as payment towards our merchandise. 

The Quartermaster

Level up and receive 12.5% back on every dollar as points to redeem within the venue. As Quartermaster you will also receive special offers and discounts on selected products of our menu all year round. 

The Captain

Captain the ship and receive 15% back on every dollar spent. Retain access to previous rewards such as discounted products and exclusive offers. In addition to this you receive exclusive access to presale tickets for any paid-ticketed event at the bar. 

Jolly God Mode

Become a Jolly God and experience the bar like a true pirate. You will never walk the plank, and your treasure chest will be full. Everything from general - The Crew, The  Quartermaster, and The Captain, plus one free drink on arrival at the bar. 20 points per buck spent, 1 session on the mesanine for free with 9 friends and must be booked in advance, on an available date, while jolly god mode membership is valid. 1.5 hours, personal waitress to serve you, and a bottle of either, vodka, rum, whiskey, tequila included.

Hospitality Members - Must prove you work in hospitality with the form below!

          

As part of our initiative to give back to the community we have a hospitality membership available exclusively to those that work in the industry. On this membership you do not receive any points however you have access to a variety of spirits and beers at a discounted hospitality rate all week round. Our current selection includes the following

• $5 All Casa spirits including gin, vodka, rum, liqueurs etc. 
• $5 XXXX gold cans
• $6 XXXX bitter cans

Terms and Conditions

Welcome to the Jolly Roger Bar Loyalty Program, where every sip is a step toward legendary rewards. Set your eyes on these terms and conditions before you embark on this thrilling voyage:

1. Membership Duration:
a. Once a membership tier has been attained, it will remain active for a period of 1 year from the date of entry into that tier.
b. Members have the option to ascend to higher tiers swiftly. There is no requirement to maintain a tier for a full year to move up. However, failing to sustain the required spending for the current tier within 365 days will result in demotion to the level of the current total spend for the pervious 365 days.
2. Earning Points:
a. Members earn points based on their tier: - General - The Crew: 10 points for every dollar spent - The Quartermaster: 12.5 points for every dollar spent - The Captain: 15 points for every dollar spent - Jolly God Mode: 20 points for every dollar spent
b. Points can also be earned through select promotions, events, or challenges.
c. Points accumulation varies based on the member's tier.
d. Points rewarded will be displayed as a $ value, making it easier to see how many points have been rewarded.
e. Points may take up to 24 hours to appear in your account.
3. Points Redemption:
a. Points can be redeemed for drinks or exclusive merchandise available on our web store.
b. Redemption values are tier-dependent.
4. Hospitality Members:
a. Hospitality members, unfortunately, cannot progress through the tiers.
b. No points will be awarded for hospitality crew,
5. Exclusions:
a. Points are non-transferable and can only be used by the member who earned them.
b. Points cannot be converted to cash or any other form of currency.
c. Points cannot be earned on purchases made with gift cards or during promotional offers.
6. Membership Notifications:
a. Members will receive regular notifications regarding their tier status, points balance, and exclusive promotions through the provided contact information.
b. It is the member's responsibility to ensure their contact information is up to date.
7. Membership Tiers:
a. General - The Crew: Members who spend up to $4000 per year.
b. The Quartermaster: Members who spend over $4000.01 to $8,000 per year.
c. The Captain: Members who spend over $8,000.01 to $12,000 per year.
d. Jolly God Mode: Members who spend over $12,000.01 per year.
8. Termination:
a. Jolly Roger Bar reserves the right to terminate the membership of any member found engaging in fraudulent activities or violating the terms and conditions of the program.
b. Members can voluntarily terminate their membership by reaching out to Jolly Roger Bar customer service.
9. Modifications:
a. Jolly Roger Bar reserves the right to modify or terminate the Loyalty Program at any time without prior notice.
b. Changes to the terms and conditions will be communicated to members through provided contact information.
